坡头电排站位于湖南省汉寿县境内沅水北岸洞庭湖沅澧垸，控制集雨面积436km2，排渍效益2.67万hm2，灌溉效益0.1万hm2。电排站总装机容量5600KW（2×2800KW），设计净扬程8m，单机设计流量27.6m3/s。

 

Electrical pumping station with the largest single unit capacity in the Dongting Lake

Potou Electrical Pumping Station locates in Hanshou County of Hunan Province within Yuanli Polder of the Dongting Lake on north bank of Yuanshui River. The Project has a controlling catchments area of 436km2, waterlogging drainage area of 26,700hm2, and irrigation area of 1,000 hm2. The total installed capacity of this pumping station is 5,600kW (2×2,800KW) and the design lift head is 8m. Design discharge of sign unit is 27.6m3/s.
