修山水电站位于湖南省桃江县境内资水干流下游，是一个以发电为主的中型综合性水电工程。2004年开工，2006年建成。水库总库容1.59亿m3。砼闸坝，坝高25.5m。低水头径流式电站，河床式厂房，装机容量65MW（5×13MW）。灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组，水轮机转轮直径6.25m，最大水头8.2m，额定水头5.1m，最小水头3.2m。

Xiushan Hydropower Station is located at downstream of Zishui main stream within Taojiang County of Hunan Province. It is a medium-sized comprehensive power project, mainly engaged in power generation. Construction of the Project started in 2004 and accomplished in 2006. The total storage capacity is 159million m3. It is built with concrete gate dam with crest height 25.5m, low-head runoff power station, powerhouse in river channel, bulb type turbine and generator units, with installed capacity of 65MW(5×13MW) and runner diameter of 6.25m. The bulb type unit has maximum water head of 8.2m, rated water head of 5.1m, minimum water head of 3.2m.
