满天星水电站位于湖南省汝城县境内湘江二级支流浙水下游，是一个以发电为主的中型水电工程。1992年开工，1995年建成。水库总库容1420万m3。砼双曲薄拱坝，坝高65m，我国最早采用满应力优化设计的五园心超薄拱坝之一，厚高比0.128，为我国已建最薄的拱坝之一。引水式地面厂房，最大水头182m，装机容量32MW（4×8MW）。

Mantianxing Hydropower Station is located in Rucheng County of Hunan Province, at downstream of Zheshui River - the secondary tributary of Xiangjiang River. It is a middle scale power station, mainly engaged in power generation. Construction of the Project started in 1992 and accomplished in 1995. The total storage capacity is 14.2million m3, concrete double curvature thin arch dam, with crest height 65m. It is one of the five circle center ultra thin arc dams by adopting full stress optimization design in China at the earliest time, with thickness & height ratio of 0.128. It has one of the thinnest arc-dam in China. It is diversion-type ground power house, with maximum head of 182m and installed capacity of 32MW (4×8MW).
